Sakkara Living develops, owns and manages quality communities for seniors. Previous properties in our portfolio included Golden Ponds in Forster and Queens Lake Village in Laurieton on the NSW North Coast plus three villages in Port Macquarie: Belleview Gardens, Lincoln Gardens and Hastings Valley Parkland Village . Closer to Sydney, The Southern Highlands offered two communities, Macquarie Grove in Tahmoor and Waratah Highlands in Bargo.

In August 2006, Sakkara sold seven villages to Aevum Limited and is now focusing on new communities, including The Landings at Turramurra . Sakkara's next village community will be located in Victoria south-west of Melbourne CBD. Laurelle Lawson
General Manager Operations, Sakkara Living

Laurelle Lawson joined Sakkara in January 2006 as General Manager, Operations. She brings a diverse management background which includes 11 years in the property industry managing residential and commercial buildings. Laurelle has spent the last seven years specialising in the management of retirement villages including Sakkara Living owned existing and past villages. She is also responsible for the implementation of management operations for new communities.

Jane Thompson LREA, B.A. Dip.Ed
Sales & Marketing Manager, Sakkara Living

Jane Thompson brings with her more than five years experience in sales and marketing with Colliers International and Colliers PRD. Some of Jane's key clients have included Stockland, Inghams Enterprises, The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust, Norwest Land and Crownland Developments. Previously Jane spent nine years in Tokyo, Japan, returning to Australia to pursue various positions in sales and marketing organisations.
