Villages
Having sold seven of its villages on the NSW North Coast and Southern Highlands in 2006, Sakkara Living is now focusing on developing new communities, including their recently established Upper North Shore development, The Landings at Turramurra , created together with RAAFA NSW and Ground Crew and an upcoming Victorian project in Melbourne's South West.

The Landings is Sakkara Living's newest and most vibrant development, situated in tranquil bushland at North Turramurra on Sydney's North Shore. Aston Place is a new independent living village in Tarneit, Victoria, anticipated to commence construction May 2008. It is situated in Tarneit, located 25 km south-west of the Melbourne CBD, with easy access to the Princes Freeway, Western Ring Road and the Western Highway.
The village will consist of 195 residential units, a clubhouse, bowling green, recreational facilities, caravan and boat parking area and community gardens plus open space areas. The single storey clubhouse will offer a gathering hub to the residents and will include lounge areas, a library/business centre and a games room.
The village will be built in several stages. Stage One, due to be completed by the end of 2008, will offer 30 dwellings, comprising duplex style villas, including 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom & study.
Aston Place is part of the wider area of the ‘Reflections Estate’ situated in Derrimut Road to the north of the Hoppers Crossing neighbourhood. Main highways make access into and out of Tarneit easy, and include the Princes Highway linking to metro Melbourne via the Westgate Freeway and Western Ring Road.
The village is located within relative walking distance to a recently completed strip shopping centre. This comprises a BP Service Station and food outlets plus general retail service stores. 2km further to the East is a sub-regional local shopping centre complex, Wyndham Village Shopping Centre. There is also a major regional shopping centre, Werribee Plaza, which contains a cinema complex plus additional sub-regional shopping centres 2 km to the south of the village.
Derrimut Road is well serviced by public transport with a regular bus route (444) that can take you to Werribee Plaza, nearby shopping centres and Hoppers Crossing Railway Station. Train stations are located at the neighbouring suburbs of both Werribee and Hoppers Crossing which connect this area to the centre of Melbourne (Flinders St Station). This train line offers additional convenience by connecting with a fast service to Geelong.
The area surrounding the village is also well serviced by local medical centres, which offer a range of medical services. The main hospital in Werribee, Mercy Hospital is located just 5-10 minutes drive away. Mercy Hospital services communities in the western and south western areas of Melbourne, caring for over 20,000 in-patients a year.
Recreational facilities, sporting opportunities and reserves are well catered for in the Wyndham area, including golf courses and bowling clubs. Other key facilities include the Werribee Outdoor Pool, Wyndham Leisure and Events Centre, and Werribee Sports and Fitness Centre.
